Lindsay was appointed as the under 18s manager at Swindon Town in the summer of 2014.In June 2016 though he left Swindon to take on the role of assistant manager at Forest Green Rovers.

On the 22 July 2021, Lindsey left Chatham Town and rejoined Swindon Town as assistant manager. 

Swindle are not such a big club after all. He could have been appointed as soon as Garner walked away. I think it's a case of no one wanting the job.

I do hope they haven't gone for the easy option and it all goes T*** up . Be such a shame as they must be nailed on favourites for the League they are that good.

Rumours were they went back in for Wellens who's now at Orient but couldn't get him.
