Play-offs v Swindon Tickets

Joe B

People will always camp out or get their ridiculously early to ensure tickets for big games. That will always be the case I think.

Is it based on any kind of fact that we think disproportionate amounts are going to box holders etc?  Don’t forget there’s also going to be a chunk of complimentary tickets given to the players and staff too.

Just got my ticket online. The whole process took about a minute...took me longer to find my wallet! Must be a lot quieter now.

I sit in the Paddock and once logged in there was only my seat plus a handful of others scattered around that were not greyed out. My guess is that those are the non-season ticket seats that haven't been sold yet. Obviously, some ST seats will become available after Sunday but still, looking like it might be busy.

Got mine online today, first time I have tried, simples. At the moment there are queues of 200mtrs down the Vale.

How much queueing do you have to do for your tickets out of interest?

40 minutes this afternoon - 3.15 to 3.55.  Bought home and away tickets.  Couldn't go earlier because I was at the funeral of another Vale fan this morning.  Loads of away tickets still left so all that palaver on here recently was totally pointless.

I’m resigned to watching the first leg from my sofa as the club apparently place no value whatsoever on the support of season ticket holders who follow the club from across the country and are unable to camp outside the ticket office.

14 attempts to call various numbers at the club, not a single answer. Voicemail left, nothing. Email sent on Saturday, not even an automated response.

Vale are buzzing we have 180 minutes to build a honeypot of gold and get to Wembley first time since 1993 .

I think part of it is just “normal” thinking when demand for tickets for any event are in demand, perceived or otherwise.  If it wasn’t queuing a day early outside the ticket office it’d be someone logging on the virtual queue night before.  No difference.

I know I do people's heads in by banging on about stuff. I'm fully aware, and thankfully not bothered. This has just been something that has been a problem for years and it seems to be getting worse and I'll bang the drum till I feel things are right for Vale fans. I have done for years, to much chagrin.

Can you please bang your drum for those less tech savvy fans who queued up for 5 hours this morning for tickets for the home game.  Thanks.
