I think that we have to be very careful when passing judgement here. Evans was found not guilty in a court of law. There was widespread coverage by the media at the time and every aspect of what happened was forensically examined. I know this probably isn’t the forum to discuss this but as far as I am concerned I hope we do sign him if he is a good player and he fits the bill. Whilst our legal system may not be perfect I am content to accept he was innocent and deserves to carry on with his career.

If Hussey was going anywhere it’d be L2 you’d assume. As for Lloyd seemed a great lad and ticked the box on the no dhead stuff but unfortunately you also need to have some production on the pitch and he just doesn’t offer enough certainly at L1.

Im guessing if Vale do in fact announce anything today they’re going to leave us waiting until late afternoon.
