Our coach taught us that trick and said you will get a way with it most times.  When you go to collect the all in the air come down and hit them with an elbow to the collar bone.  This would be used if they had clattered me - and then claim I was coming down with the ball and accident as you pull the ball into your chest. 

It called adrenaline PVFC, the fight or flight molecule that the body releases in stressful situations. Some propranolol would help Lucas!!!!

We are close to a couple according to DC but as we know things can break down but hopefully we can get one if not two in ready for Saturday

I've looked for players named Mcdonald after this but I'm struggling . Either a 33 year old centre mid with one kidney or a CB at Swindon.

Rt back released by Derby. Might be a good player but not the position we need to strengthen.
