We’ll have a keeper and a new striker by the 30th I’m sure, but that might be it until closer to the end of the window. If Conlon starts on day 1 that will calm some nerves, and I think he might!

I heard it on Monday, lad who I work with said he saw the vale squad at the airport and mentioned Wilson was wearing some kind of cast on his foot. 
 

I have no reason to doubt him, but just thought he could of been wearing it for loads of reasons and it wasn’t serious.

Ive tired to obtain a ticket for tonight’s forum but the website is telling me I’ve somehow got multiple accounts to my email address and then doesn’t let me reset my password to sort it out ? Or else I would be asking questions tonight as everyone knows I don’t shy away from debate from how I present myself on the radio at times.

The problem with asking the questions is we will get the same answers as far as, we are working hard to recruit, and we ain’t telling anyone about potential players we want as that’s how the club now operates. I’ve heard nothing while I’ve been doing volunteer work on Sundays at the club for the last two months while painting the stands getting it ready for the fans to have some nice to walk into next week.

Like I’ve stated I love the club, owners and management team but I don’t love only 16 fit players 9 days before we start our campaign which I feel is a crucial fixture at home against Fleetwood. 

Ben, you forget that we're in a phase where questioning anything that the club are doing (on or off the pitch) is strictly forbidden.

We'll easily rollover an established, big spending Fleetwood side eager to impress their new manager with one half fit striker and one goalkeeper on the books. Trust the process.

I have said a few times… a small minority of fans will destroy the best thing that’s happened to this club for a long time.

The moaning is baffling at a management team that have been nothing but successful.

The wonder of you Facebook page is a skip fire of some seriously weird opinions.

I notice one of their main negative posters (Mark) has awoken on here and started posting after a long quiet period… calling people delusional for backing a promotion winning management team.

I read in disbelief on there the other day that we have a serious problem because we are in a trap where Carol won’t sack DC because they are too close. It’s just utter garbage.

Before anyone hits me with the most boring “I’m entitled to my opinion” argument”… I fully agree. And I’m allowed my opinion that some of the stuff I read is downright stupid as best and dangerous at worst.

I think my posts will confirm I try to be balanced and middle ground. 

But I don't think Fleetwood is crucial however on paper they are rated one of our weakest opponents along with Exeter so I'm certainly hoping for a 4 point start to get us up and running. 

The Wilson rumour/sighting is certainly worrying particularly how on fire he ended the season. 

I expect signings are  imminent.

Mate drop it now being very unfair and personal. You might disagree but you've spent 3-4 posts in a row banging on about his phone-ins. I quite like Ben's calls - always full of passion whether I agree or otherwise!
