seriously though talking of him i actually think he is a very good player and another one yet to find a club.

These players asking for silly money also play a dangerous game if they dont get snapped up,their demands will drop as weeks pass but then we wont touch them,i remember being told a player last summer Vale wanted asked silly money and a few weeks later his agent was back in touch saying his client would accept what Vale wanted to pay but was told that ship had sailed.... and i hope we would do the same again

Was he the absolute <ovf censored> in the game at their place who spent most the game on the deck?

Would make more sense if he's based in the South West. 

Vale will bring someone worthwhile in, if not him. Trust the process.

It's interesting to go back over previous seasons and look at the transfers that we (as in the fans) were desperate to get over the line, and how, usually, those players went elsewhere and did diddly-squat. There's sometimes an exception to the rule but I find it doubtful that we'll be here at the end of the season bemoaning the fact we didn't get Telford.

I'm pleased about Stone. He's very young in goalkeeping terms and seemed to get the GK shirt by default and then rose to the challenge.

I think he's a good prospect though. DC says he knows he has areas still to work on but I think if we can keep him happy for a year or so, he could develop into a decent player.

If we’re looking at contract extensions for those with existing deals be a great time to add a year or two to Wilson’s deal.

As DC mentioned Stone has areas he needs to improve, hopefully as he gathers more experience that will happen naturally.

Absolutely, as a keeper time is on his side. Still wouldn’t be surprised to see us spend some money on an experienced number one though.

Good news, did well last season. Personally I think we should sign an experienced keeper for this level. Keep Cov as number 2 and then loan Stone out to a side in league 2.

I was looking at the account and it does look like a lot guess work.

Love the Stone deal he thoroughly deserves it. Following the trend of the club making sure players are assets where possible…..even though we don’t treat them as assets😀
