Telford looks like he could be Morecambe-bound. 

Have Morecambe suddenly come into a load of money? Normally they're after waifs and strays, supposedly offering us money for Taylor, now in for L2 top scorer

I've seen it reported on the EFL twitter site but they're questioning if he's an Adams type player

Just on the Britton rumour it started a week ago when an EFL blogger on YouTube presented his picks for 'one transfer for every club'. He said he struggled to find anybody Vale needed but picked Britton as a useful addition to the Vale squad. 

Never say never but IF he signs then the 15 year old kid doing the blog needs to get a job as a scout. For the record I can't see that any of his other 23 picks have signed.

It's nowhere near water-tight but yeah as Olly said, it's on Twitter but every club in League 2 and half in League 1 are linked to him at the moment. 

I'm doubtful he is coming to Burslem. I know there are other factors involved other than money. Location, coaching setup etc, but if you've just had the season of your life, at a club that took a punt on you I think there's a good chance he'll be leaving for a League 1 club.

No doubt he will end up in league one i fancy our chances. Morecombe is a lot less appealing of a club than we are.

Think it's all just paper talk/ twitter rumours at this point. 

Hes been linked with everyone at this point even a few championship clubs. I'll be very surprised if he went Morecambe, not exactly an aspiring football club and don't the bankroll of other clubs. 

Bristol Rovers fans seem to think they have a great chance of signing him. Could see it myself 

I'm still hoping we get the Wilson/Telford combo however, i feel someone would have spotted him at the club or heard something by now

Isn't them, they've announced three today, David Davis, Alfie Burnett and  Kyle McAllister.

Vale announced Cass at 5pm on a Saturday, so news of a signing could come at any time.....
