Very pleasing to get Cass signed permanently.

He needs to improve his defending when crosses come into his area around the back post, but that will undoubtedly come with his age.

He's excellent at bringing the ball out and getting forward though, so will be a big asset for us.

RCB was a problem position. Neither Smith or Gibbo were natural and it was inhibiting their strengths. Cass excels in getting the ball up the field and loved an underlap. Leaves us with:

Nah, I just know a lot of the lads and people around the club to speak to through doing some work now and again there and I know people that work there too.  Got a lot of time for the local lads especially, it’s no secret that Smith and Gibbo are my favourite players.
