If you’re just looking for a quiet place to park, walk to the ground, walk back and go home then look around Stoke Hill - ten minute walk to the ground (you’ll be surrounded by Exeter fans though). The Stoke Arms at the top of the hill is an OK pub, the roads are resident permit only but that doesn’t apply on Saturdays so you’ll be fine. Walk down Old Tiverton Road to the ground, you’ll need to go past the first entrance where the Exeter fans will go, then turn right into St James Road where the away end is.

If you’re the designated driver in a group of lads looking to get wasted and act the <ovf censored> then you need to park in the city centre, but avoid the Duke of York on Sidwell Street. It’s a capacity crowd so there will no doubt be some Exeter nobheads bouncing around somewhere if any of your lot want to get aggressive, but I imagine you’ll have to start the aggro as we’ll all be dancing to Russ Abbot’s Atmosphere the whole weekend. Hopefully we get the championship and you get the playoffs and we can all be friends at the end.

Safe travels to those of you venturing down to our beautiful city. Really hope to see you all in League 1 next season 👍

I hope we draw Fred, and FGR draw

Well done this season and good luck for next season

I think this game just talks for itself. If we get a result and make the playoffs, then we deserve to be there. If we don't get a result and miss the playoffs then we deserve that as well. So called failure would signal decisions that need to be made to create the squad for next season. There is something in me that thinks we have got a squad that seem to get on great with each other - an aim - but consequently don't have the devil to handle a dirty physical team like Newport. Also, they may be nice souls that wilt under pressure. Prove me wrong at Exeter and in the playoffs please.

I think you will find every side in league 2 has a Dirty Physical side to it ? I didn’t think Newport were that Bad compared to Bristol Rovers.

They did have a few players that were quicker than us though.
Teams have finally worked out how we rely on the Wing Backs particularly without Conlon, and Worrall has lost something and without Gibbo we are not the same force.
We were also a lot more threatening with Cass and Jones as the wide centre backs.

Was at Blackpool when we won firstly what a performance full of vigour class and skill and full of bull folk spreading rumours that Bolton were losing .
You have to put things into perspective if we had lost 4 out of last 23 games one here one there and put our fans through it that way there be no moaning no selling tickets on and no anxiety going into this weekends game .
We have lost 3 in a row though everyone I speak to followers of other teams are saying looks like you have blown it (happily in some cases and of course there going be joyous if they support a side who hates us ).
So without sounding like a broken record show some pride in the shirt Vale players the second goal nobody was busting a gut stop the shot going in for Newport .
We may have created by the end of the season the very worst ending to a season ever .
People can talk about being relegated is bad but when we got relegated I didn't feel as angry as what I did Mon evening .
Only a draw or win will satisfy me this sat nothing less .

Yes I have felt the same . Very Angry and Disappointed .

I'm reading that DC has being making all the changes last 3 games(big fan who goes every game someone named Tim ) if so and true then we need go back to ACs methods and team selections as its not plainly not working and the team do not seem as together as what they were .
V Bristol Rovers I didn't understand the D Jones substitution and the fact he hasnt been used since he had our best chance equalise so it was hardly his fault we lost v Walsall no comment no idea what went on there lost 2-0 so something wasn't right then the other day I'm still trying get me head around why Harratt was brought on for Benning (he didn't touch the ball not his fault as we took off our 3 most prominent players second half )Wilson who was having a much better second half for Amoo who hasn't featured under AC much ,we need win and taking all our players who were looking dangerous and left Worrall on who should have come off .
Charsley was running the show with Garrity and Pett and you took him off for Gibbons no offence but for a game we needed win the subs smacked of somebody having no idea what they were doing .
So tomorrow no tinkering play the same 11 all game if indeed he is back and running the show .
Vale expects play offs minimum or what was the point in all the praise you have received all season from other managers .
I'd personally take anyone in the play offs just get there

I'm reading that Carol is making all the changes on Saturday not Andy Crosby (little fan who goes every game someone named Tim).

This week she will bring Edmonson on after an hour, play Holy up front and Robinson in the number 10 role.

This is an example of the absolute tripe full of speculation with no substance to it.

Oh,and Tim says it definitely might rain tomorrow. Or it may not.

Dc made the changes on Saturday. Whitehead had ear piece in taking instructions off him…. It’s not tripe in any way shape or form

Buzzing with this news and for Darryl the twists and turns continue. Just the sort of thing that's going to put the cat among the pigeons both with our players and the opposition. I suddenly feel much more confident that league one is no longer out of reach, we can really do this, believe.
