Bob Young has said that he does not think that anyone will pay the 1.2 million this time, so I would guess you are looking at offers arround 750k at best . So where that leaves everyone I don't know

Imo, there are 2 options,

1, he pays pretty much what he offered last time with the debts cleared.

2, he buys it for a quid and takes on the debt.

Usually in admin a deal is struck to pay so much in the pound but i'm guessing the council will be getting their full whack back as they've put up this extra half million.Inland Rev also likely to get most of theirs so everybody else will be scrapping it out.Also the council loan is unlikely to be called in in full with the exception of the half million. So the outcome of that is somebody with a solid business plan could get our great club for under a million. ===

270,000 Gib loan

How far is that off 3M.... without anything else. Most of that [2.77M] is secured against the ground

 

Personally I would stuff the gib loan, get the legal bods in, no way should Miller have been able to authorise that loan against the ground, let them chase him for it.
