Lads - someone help me.

I've supported the Vale for 45+ yrs (started 16th Feb 1976 against Shef Wed)

Wasall have always been our arch-enemies - I remember even then our favourite chant was we hate Walsall more than Stoke (a bit of a fun, me thinks!)

So why. Can anyone's enlighten me why Walsall are our arch-enemies...??

Where did it all come from and what started it...??

Just interested to know emoji848.pngemoji846.png

Think I'm a similar age to you or bit older. Maybe as was our local Derby at the time for a good few years ?

Crewe would of been seeking reelection every year so we never played them. Stoke obviously were higher up.

Only a thought not a definitive answer

Brilliant chant whoever came up with it.
I remember every player from Musselwhite to Johnny Jeffers had their own sing back in the day
Lots of singing today Vale fans

I can't make anything out bar Ben Garrity! What are the words!

Belinda Carlisle Heaven is a Place on Earth is Ben Garritys chant

Play the way we can play and don’t get drawn into any usual Walsall antics . Take it steady press the defence and pass them off the pitch. We just don’t need to panic, a winner is a winner in the 1st minute or the 90th.

Cool heads and good football is what we need for the last 3 games.

Agreed. If we can let's play it on the floor and not hoof it up field. Should beat them comfortably

Don’t get drawn in to antics like we seemed to be against BR, just play safe and keep the ball. I can’t see it being a spectacle for the neutral, but just <ovf censored> win!!
