Do not kill the messenger but someone's leaked to me that the lorne Street only has 100 seats left the Bycars a thousand the Railway paddock 400 and Stand 420 such as being the outpouring of support for the Black and White side of the city for tomorrow's match I wish

What does it take to get folk to go watch a team who wins most weeks and who if win tomorrow go into a healthy place in league ,our goal difference worth plus 1 too .

The roof should be coming off the building so to speak .

Wheres the other 2000 folk who  used to go but no longer do (I guess some got carried away by prospects of grandeur and went support Stoke instead when in prem and doing very well in fairness over the years they were there ).

Some have passed which is sad but surely there must be folk out there willing to give there hard earned to our club

We need to attract more we have being very unfortunate in a way as if we went into game v Brentford FA Cup (the game what attracted more support than normal games )with Jamie Proctor and James Wilson in the side I feel we may have had too much for them ,we played well though but if you are not a regular and you see Port Vale 1 Brentford 4 you wouldn't think that we played well looking at result but we did but it didn't snowball more support .

Oh well nevermind lets hope folk are doing there best bringing along others to the remaining home games ,the players cannot do any more in  terms of putting the marker down for the massive remaining 10 games its now down to the support to bring  along as many as they can to get us into LEAGUE 1.

PACK THE PARK.

I'd be happy give 20 pounds a month to the club to enable those who would like to go but cannot go especially if bad health as stopped them going not so much for a unemployed person who can work but is a frank Gallagher type shameless person

Wilson was limping after the game on Saturday - hope he is fit for tomorrow

Noticed that  too.  Hopefully a bit of kidology on his part out of DC’s book - keeping the opposition guessing on what our team might be.

On his recent form it’ll be a big miss if he’s not fit - though Proctor feeding Harratt could be a match winning combo.

I was worried Wilson was properly injured second half after the clattering from Songo. A second later or earlier and that would have been a straight red and our first pen. JW went down hard but fortunately was able to continue. Hopefully just a bit of a short term impact injury.

I know sjoke have coaches that leave from Knypersley cricket club for home games, not sure if they’re official coaches or not but it would be good if vale could do something similar from a certain location?

Like Saturday, I would take a point tomorrow, they’re a good side but a side I think we will shape up well against. Only change for me would be Martin back into the 11, benning deserves to keep his place. Hopefully Wilson is fit to play some part

Wilson puts in an incredible amount of running and effort. It's great that we have s couple of good young lads to take over after 70 mins or so. Really hope he fit for tomorrow! Seems to make thing happen he will be very dangerous tomorrow if fit.

We have rarely attracted big crowds in recent history. Should really be approaching 6k home fans tomorrow, but I imagine it won’t be near that.

Swindon, Tranmere, Bristol Rovers all have over 1k above us on average attendances. All had pretty similar seasons.

Things certainly seem to be going in for Wilson deservedly I'd say he needs to do what he did in the first 25 minutes of second half at Bradford all game if he does we will have chances .

The good thing about Vale is if Wilson is doing it Worrall is if Worrall ain't doing it another is .

Garrity and Proctor are always doing it along with Wilson they all play in sync with Tom Pett and Charsley competing for everything and winning most ball there's no reason why Vale cannot win .

Noticed some stats from a recent away game at Mansfield where they lost they had loads of attempts so not to be taken lightly at all .
