That tells everything in a nutshell. Consistently have your best players available and the results come. It just so happens we have the best squad, so we could afford to lose more and still compete.

I think whatever happens (and i still have hope), once the dust settles its been a remarkable achievement regardless.

You need some luck for a promotion and we've had pretty much everything go against us, if we go up they should make a statue of AC/DC in that embrace at Hartlepool because it would be an incredible achievement. If not maybe its a step to far with what we've had against us.

Knowing how close knit the squad is for example and knowing what happened to DC when you think to that Tranmere game for instance days after for them boys to dig that equaliser out with what the place had gone through in the days before was phenomenal.

If we fall short once the dust settles and as fans the emotion of it passes I think we will look back with huge pride on this season, with better fortune I am sure we will do all we can to put it right next season.

Especially seeing as 2 of those players are Legge and Cooper and we used 3 keepers. Incidentally, is Cooper still at the club?
