Match Thread: Harrogate Town v Port Vale

Apparently, 907 ifollow match passes bought by Vale fans on Tuesday with 100% going to the club. On a very simplistic calculation, if every match across the league season were available this way, that's potentially nearly half a million in revenue for the club. I'm not at all convinced that any club would lose anywhere near that much in lost match ticket sales, food, etc. Makes no sense to me to wholly cut out a unique revenue stream that would undoubtedly make the clubs money over the course of the season, particularly on away days

Wonder if that 907 includes those of us who have season tickets with iFollow for Vale? Think there's a fair few of us, too.

Interesting.

Efl Football have their head up their arse on this. Anyone if they wish can access anything for sweet FA on iptv. Alternatively "overseas" viewers can buy an ifollow season ticket for a very reasonable price, so in this day and age they need to sort something. Personally I don't believe in summat for nowt so would never do iptv, but I am absolutely more than willing to buy physical season ticket for vale plus official ifollow season ticket for away matches that I can't get to. All this rubbish of Saturday aftnoons are sacred is pure gubbins. On top of that, I personally would pay a monthly subscription to watch any league two (hopefully league one soon) matches other than just the vale - would be great to watch the opposition. - if this sounds pie in the sky, the efl asked me to complete a survey and this subscription method was a specific question. So there 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I'm  Mr grumpy pants this morning 😡😡😡
