DARRELL CLARKE'S BLACK AND WHITE ARMY

I wanted to put this in a seperate thread so it doesnt get mixed in with all the pre match talk.

When the game kicks off on Saturday, let's get every one of us in the ground singing this. From the Lorne Street, to the directors boxes, to the Bycars, to the rowdy lot in the Railway. Let the gaffer know we're all behind him at such an awful time. It might not be much, but let's show him we're thinking of him.

Completely agree. We won’t see DC until next season if what I’ve heard is true. (Won’t dis clue on here out of respect) Devastating for him and hope he is able to return at some point although I’m not sure I could. Wish him and his family all the best, hope we back him as opening post says

Even before the latest statement from Vale, my gut feeling was we weren't going to see him again until later Summer.

Which I fully support. Whatever he needs.

Clearly this isn't an 'expected' bereavement but some kind of abhorrent tragedy. That will either gut the players given their personal relationship with him, or drive them into fighting tooth and nail. We can help it remain the latter.

It would be very fitting for Carol's community club if constant 'DCs black and white army' chanting and support could be a mainstay for the last 16 games.
