I would shuffle the pack here.

Move Walker into midfield so Garrity is higher up the pitch. Smith into CB and bring Gibbo to play RCB.

Average half by Vale but lit up by a n excellent corner by Hussey and a superb header from Garrity.

Wozza on for Cooper for me, his tricks are not working.

These don't look to have much going forward so keep the shape and concentration and Vale should secure the points.

Superb corner and header. No idea why it took until the 5th corner for Hussey to take one but thank god he did.

Game is there to be won so hope we don’t try and sit on 1-0.

Sorry but I disagree it’s negative. That was a pretty poor half and we are capable of playing far, far better than that as we’ve seen numerous times this season. If we turn it up we could be comfortably winning.

It’s not being negative to say that was poor. It’s a blatantly obvious assessment to anyone actually watching the game. Play like we can and we would be out of sight by now. Delighted to be winning but we’re a lot better than what we showed there.

Worrall on for Gibbo by the sounds of it.

The first half looked promising and then died off.  Rochdale then looked more likely to score for a lot of the first half.

Then a good corner and a goal for Vale.  

Don't feel the fans were being negative, just calling it as it was for a lot of the game.

 

Come on Vale, a couple more goals please.
