Another scum bag footballer. Wonder how many more of them are out there. Should be sacked and punished as he would be if not in a privileged position. Listened to Chris Kirkland this morning and completely agree. If I was a team mate there is no way I would entertain having him in the squad again. If he was he would get absolutely battered. Scum.

Like all decent people I am shocked at this video.  The content is bad enough, but to make a video, to present it as fun, and to do so with what appears to be a child there as well must chill all of us to the bone.

Sadly his behaviour sums up all that is bad about some young super rich footballers with time on their hands,  and no moral values who seek to do as they please. His later insistence that his cats are fine and healthy is further evidence of his abdication of humanity and a conscience.

I am sure that he will face the full force of the law.

His dreadful behaviour is a blot on his club, West Ham.  The Hammers manager, and star man Declan Rice, showed all that is good in football at the weekend with their response to, and praise of, Kidderminster for their brave FA cup performance.  It is dreadful that this man is associated with his club.

I tend to agree with a lot of what's been said. Another example of a privileged footballer thinking they can do what they want and in this case treat an animal how they want for their own amusement. Look at the good you can do with your privilege. I.e Marcus Rashford. This case is the second stain on the sport in recent weeks. Disgraceful behaviour. As bad as our leading politicians. Zouma has said he's sorry. To me another one sorry he was caught.

The Met really don’t help themselves, when it comes to investigating criminal offences committed by the privileged ppl, especially when there’s photographic evidence. Photographic evidence isn’t enough evidence to prosecute, on its own but it’s a good base to start an investigation. If they don’t investigate the incident then justice will not be carried out. It’ll just mean that they’re inviting someone to make a complaint and they quite rightly will do.

Why is he apologising?  He doesn't mean it and anyone who thinks it's OK to abuse animals and have it posted on social media, hasn't got the intelligence to write an apology.  What sort of reaction did this clown expect, apology or not?
