I really don’t think this is a must win, people need to calm down. Obviously it would be nice, but we’ve got half a season left! There’s plenty of time. We had an incredible run earlier in the season and are now in the middle of a poor one, that’s football. Hopefully we can turn it round soon.

I'm going to go proper VFIA here:

Stone
Cass Smith Hall
Worrall Politic
Walker
Garrity Pett
Harratt Wilson

In the defensive phase, Pett drops deeper to assist Walker, leaving 3 up top at all times.

In the attacking phase, Cass and Hall to move to full back, and Walker to drop in as the second CB, leaving 4 back at all times, relieving the pressure on Politic and Worrall to sit so deep all the time. Very high press from Harratt Garrity and Pett, with Wilson floating to pick up the pieces.

Jobs a good un - 4.0 Vale

Big game, these seem a bit Sh**housey and like to set up for a point away from home.

Missing Asante and Ibou Toure (AFCON) who is a big player for them so thats positive.

Need to be at it, high tempo, try and break them down and get a lead to bring them out. First goal will be crucial.

We still wearing the away kit for this?

Unless we up the tempo considerably from Saturday we will be in trouble. What was it at half time we had less than 40% possession that’s bad for the home team! A massive improvement is required from Saturday! I just hope we have been taught a lesson and learn from it.

We can wear the Stoke kit for me as long as we get a win.

Not sure about the kit but based on Saturday we might be playing like the away team 😀
