A couple of things for me......I would have settled for 2 points from Bristol Rovers and Newport so 3 tonight is a real bonus for me, a free hit if there is such a thing on Saturday and on tonight's game, good sides find a way to win and that's something we are doing, that's been missing since Adam's reign, that side has character and it's good to see.

Really? Walker consistently plays quality through balls. He played in Politic to kill it mid second half but the keeper saw it and sprinted out, the defenders certainly didn't. He does that quite a lot?
Agree about Garrity though. 

I honestly haven't seen too much of that. Maybe I'm being too critical, it just seems that every time he gets it in the centre he looks backwards and then passes it that way. Oh well, it's all about opinions

I think second half proved that we need to play with a forward outlet, regardless of injuries. Just ask Politic or Garrity to occupy the last man. Politic ended up out wide and Garrity was playing as a false nine. This just meant that we ended up way too deep.

Grinding out results with half a squad,  football is a game of 2 halves, settle it in the first half or come back in the second and final half.  Forest Green look to be on a stroll, sort of thing I want in March and April but before then it will be a grind to keep us in the running. We have the strength.

Game changed 2nd half especially after Rodney went off as they by-passed their midfield and hit long balls up to their front men most of the time hoping for something to break for them which thankfully it didn't after they scored their goal.

Excellent by Garrity 1st half but my mom was Tom Conlon, absolutely ran the show, superb captain's performance.
