That happens when Lee Blakeman commentates on Vale as he is a massive stoke fan

I fear we will have to suffer him for years as he's too crap to progress up the BBC ladder,so he's the new Mel Scholes, garbage but we're stuck with him. Such a shame that our local radio station is cringe worthy.

Let’s get a Robbie Earle style fundraiser to buy politic. I’ll start it with a Hawaii 5-0

We have the money to buy a player or two BUT with him scoring goals as he is Bolton could hold us to ransom and then it would be anybodys game as we wont pay stupid money,i trust us to bring in the right players needed in January though.

I couldn’t watch the match live unfortunately, but I have to say from watching those highlights, Rodney was instrumental in both goals. We need to lay off him a bit, he is still a massive asset to us. He’s gets into position’s our other strikers can’t, because of his sheer power and pace. Let’s hope he gets a goal soon and realises the massive potential he has clearly got.

Would anyone suggest buying Politic if available with our FA Cup money.? Hopefully by then we should have one or two of our forwards fit.

I would argue he is more of a priority than a short-term solution to the problem of injured strikers. He's young, has talent and could earn us big bucks in the future. Offer Bolton a reasonable fee with a big sell-on %age?

Are there any highlights shows on tv?

Imagine being 2 points from 2nd, 3rd round of the cup, beating two League 1 sides and drawing with the third, playing with no fit strikers, and not thinking Darrell Clarke is a world class operator.

Got laughed at for saying it. One of the best of all time.

Great interviews from Dazzer and Carol. How lucky we Vale fans are

Walsall fans dont think so

I wonder who they will get in the next round..............oh right,no Klopp style celebration from their manager again then.

Well done DC and the boys today onwards and upwards with the mighty Vale

The further away the better! Acres covers games all over the country but it sadly doesn't mean that we are shot of them. Anyway, enough attention for the fool tonight, ignore, ignore, ignore and bring on Monday's draw utv

Than ks for that! We rode our luck at times - what a great block by Dan Jones, and then his pass leading to the no-penalty penalty! Yes - we rode our luck a little, but we were way better second half, and there was some very good teamwork for the 2 goals! Very good win!

Rodney's performance today could be that he is now getting fitter with games and we are soon to see the Rodders of last season which can only be a good thing for him,us and the club

Great hold up play for both goals today. He isn't showing much in the box but was vital in the win. Needs a lot of praise.
