Is there anything you’d like to see done to improve attending VP or to enhance our reputation

Pardon. It was pretty booming in the LS last time I was there. Maybe someone with a fog horn. Given the amount C+K have put in fixing stuff it just goes to show what a state the place was in that this is still not done. Still 250,000 seems outrageous. As Doha says a few speakers and some cable.
Probably a need to update the electronics too.

Carry on using a portable one then if it’s that much. The pitch is number 1 priority if we want to progress, win games, bigger crowds, then improve other areas. Railway stand is another area that’s going to cost big time.

I think something was said at the SC meeting about using something temporary with a view to a more permanent solution come the Robbie gig.  Something along those lines.

Can anyone remember what we’re getting from hosting the gig, other than raising our profile in the wider world?  Maybe some of the stadium upgrades are part and parcel of hosting the concert.

Minor point but it would be good to be able to buy food/drink in Lorne St and eat it or drink it before halftime finishes. Currently you need to nip in whilst the match is on to achieve that. I appreciate that everyone rushes in at the same time but its not unexpected, it can be planned for. I also understand that its currently a concession so to some extent outside the clubs control. If we have a good run in and crowds improve it will only get worse, whats the plan ?. Hope for good weather to reduce demand?

With the prices  charged (assume staff on minimum wage) why wouldnt you take on extra staff. The profit made must pay for them and I have lost count how many times we have given up. OK other options are available but during a freezing  game it warms you up. A no brainer ?

How about what they do at some theatres - place your order and pay at the kiosk before kick off, staff get it ready and you then pick it up at half time ?

Re the gig. Have I dreamt it’s a charity event? Not sure but hopefully we’ll get something.

Was for the HUBB foundation and a few others if I remember rightly. I’m guessing the club have calculated it’s about building a reputation to hold these events and maybe open the door for others.

If some of the surrounding area becomes off limits from the end of May I hope the club has thought through stuff like relocating the ticket office or getting a better phone system as around that time there’ll be a number wanting to renew or purchase season tickets.
