I’ve supported Vale for a long time, and will do forever, but just worried that we are just not performing. It’s early doors and life being a vale fan for the past 20 years has been very difficult with lots of downs and not many ups.

Well support them get behind the project rather than writing them off when a balls barely been kicked, you may be right but give then some time before coming up with the rash judgements. Im confident we will come good, if in 10-15 games theres been no improvement then fair enough but feel like people are desperate for things to go wrong so they can jump on here to complain when in fact i think we had a decebt half and improved from the weekend. Look for some positives for a change

Missed this little snippet, tucked away behind the veil of tears- I suspect "the vast majority" will not agree with you, and not certain how you come up with that? Two games into a new season and losing against a team who will probably finish top 10 in the League above us?

But 9 of those are youth or reserve players. Would understand if it was a full strength side.
Not quiet crying yet 😂

Who also finished in the play offs a few months ago.

Not sure why you’re being so aggressive? I’m just saying what I see, which I’m sure the vast majority will agree with. I’m not saying we’re getting relegated but can can only see a minor improvement on last season, when we have spent a fortune on 12 new players. It’s just depressing isn’t it?

Might be because a quick look back though your posts shows you post nothing but negative stuff.

Loads of stuff during the Oldham game last year about how we would never win again and how we could play until Christmas and never score again.

Then it went deathly quiet during the 9 game streak… not a peep. Nothing. Zero.

They you piped up again during the summer about how Pope would get a league 2 contract and you didn’t like the signings.

Add that’s to tonight’s negative views and people probably have identified your posts are there to get a specific reaction.

Some seriously twisted people on here… ignore list.

Ha, Karl. Made me smile at least.

You are right it’s early doors and there is a lot of football to play over the season.

Exactly. And there's a fair bit to play yet in this game.

Which helps to confirm my opinion about Eden Bailey - if the youngsters are good enough, keep them around the first team squad! Also - game's not over, yet!

It was only 20 minutes into a 46 game season when the anti Flitcroft/Clarke stuff started up in the away stand last week. Johnson was written off before HT and people on that daft facebook group were unironically, genuinely calling for an emergency goalkeeper loan to replace Covolon for the rest season.

I expect to see Kevin's Audi being set on fire tonight if we go out of the league cup to a team who finished in the POs a league above last season. Clubs clearly being mismanaged into the Evostik. Starve em out.

I’m seriously honoured that you have trawled back through all my previous posts.
I’m here to be proven wrong and I was very optimistic about this season. Right manager, good structure and fantastic owners.

A few fans on their forum are complaining that it's a strong team and they are worried about injuries

Well let’s just see how things hopefully improve over the next 5 games. Hopefully a bit of tinkering will make an improvement in the league.

Well it’s improved from Saturday.

I know...but, apparently, they've had more upheaval than we have? But, you would expect even reserve / youth team players from the League above should be about our level?

Unfortunately I think a number of the Facebook muppets have accounts on here too.

All happening at the Vale by the sounds of it.  Stewards doing their jobs well - I will look this way and someone else will deal with it.

Thought the ref would send off our goalie and make it 2 in 2 matches - but didn't thank goodness.

Come on Vale.  Defend better and hopefully our strikers might get a quick goal and we are back in the game.
