Going to get slated for this but lets see what you all think

loads of stay aways, and a fair chunk of no renews on season tickets

what if the season ticket none renews, and the current fan base pledge to do the following IF the board go

1. season ticket stay aways pledge to pay price at start of season

2. current season ticket holders pledge to pay on the gate as such

this would give the administrators etc the instant cash-flow to solve most issue's and make the club a viable solution which would maybe allow us to avoid a pits deduction.

the instant cash-flow could clear required FL debt and lift embargo?

just a thought

I dont think football is cheap in the UK to start with TBH.

The current board are still there and I cant believe it until they are gone GO will use this as a reason to stay.

They cant expect to sell the club before admin as any buyer would be stuck with all the contracts that they have signed previous catering sponsors loan repayments.

People going tonight is only feeding the scum to stay for longer.

missing the point a bit there

my point is that when the current incumbents are gone, we all pledge, which would resolve the operating cash-flow, giving interim/admin the cash to negotiate the debt etc

Okay well

No as football is too expensive in the UK already.

Football is being taken away from the working man and prices need to come down not go up to feed more overpaid corporate people.

We already have a lot higher gates than most in this league so its sustainable to say the least its the business model that needs changing.

Also pledges are easy to say and harder to guarentee look at SEO and how many people signed and still payed to go.

It would be interesting to know our overheads compared to, say, crewes.

Rates, 'leccy, gas, water etc

the basics before staffing

Don't forget that Crewe have to also fund the costs of their training facilities.

I reckon their basics will be every bit as high as ours because of that, if not more so, hence why they have to produce players and sell them to keep going.

Remember that in L2 players wages are limited to 60% of income( next season 50%), there are 25 teams with lower average gates in the FL, we do not run an academy, where the hell is the money going? There is serious mis-management at this club. Sort that out and people would be happier if we need to prepare for L1.
