I would assume £££ would come into it and imagine we would be offering a bigger wage.

It would be reasonable to assume that one or two might have said no and taken up other options, and if the Hartlepool player is coming, it wont be announced until after the final. Others may well be waiting for "better" offers before they decide. I'm expecting at least one new player wearing the new shirt at the weekend though.

Hopefully we will - it’s only a week or so until training, which would be a bit weird without a goalie. As BA has said, we also need a second defensive midfielder, not to mention a third striker and a couple of fullbacks. 

But it’s not necessarily a bad sign if we have to wait a while for the final few because, hopefully, DF is going for good players in strong demand, which means that negotiations are going to be competitive and take longer.

So let’s just bide our time - difficult I know - and trust the Matrix 🙂

Was really strongly linked at one point. I wasn't fussed either way. He'd looked 'okay' whenever I'd seen him but always felt like another Ben Williamson (fast, made good runs, but never likely to be prolific).

I think Wilson and Rodney can be the "run in behind" forwards, so I'd say we'd be looking for a target man type to complement them now.

Might have nothing do with if Hartlepool go up,the club themselves i think said a few deals were tied up,MAYBE he has already agreed something pre contract wise(guessing)
