As the season has worn on, I have grown to really like the current home kit. The black one wowed me at first, but no seems a bit dull.

I'm of the opposite view - I have the black one and I still really like it but I'm still not quite sold on the home one. However, I think that's a good thing as there's choice. 

I think they've done pretty well to cover different tastes with the designs. 

However, designs apart, I think the key thing the club are doing is getting the design done with plenty of time in future seasons. That can only help both in terms of managing demand but also in terms of marketing it (it gives them time to potentially tease the designs and build up interest in the kit launch).

My young nephew tells me that on the online Fifa game, the vale away kit is one of the most purchased of all gamers online to use with their team.... its a classic

Tbh, I didn’t think clubs were allowed to change the shirts every season. Or at least home kit one year, away kit the next.

To be honest I didn’t like the home kit at all but thought I’d get use to it through the season but I haven’t I think it’s horrendous and hope they go for something a bit more traditional next season

I have a problem with replica shirts in general.  They always have a tight clingy fit seemingly regardless of what size you get.  Sure, its all well and good on professional footballers but they don't think of me and my big beer gut do they oh no!

We as a family have brought a load of stuff to help out. Winter coat, Christmas sweater, replica kit, even Vale Christmas tree decorations. For all the family.

I know that, but I’m pretty certain a ruling came out banning changing strips every year because of fans shelling out every year.

maybe that ruling has been scrapped, but, I’m certain it did apply at one time.
