Another win would be fantastic. I’ve just checked the league and we’ve conceded 51 goals only Oldham have conceded more goals. When it comes to scoring we are joint 9th highest, with three other teams on 45 goals, Bolton,Crawley & Carlisle. Three above us have only scored 46 Cheltenham, Newport & Tranmere with only three having scored over 50.
I accept that these stats are probably being propped up from our decent start to the season.I’m also thinking that we aren’t as poor as I’d become to think we are, unless I’m still inebriated from last nights victory.

Confident for this after last night, I think a win here and we are safe. Hope they all pull through ok and are fit enough to play, Monty and manny could be an issue

45 mins each if we can. Save them for the run in.

And now we’re pretty solid at the back by the end of the season we’ll more likely be middle of the pack for goals conceded.

And bottled the push on Conlon (?) for a pen at Cheltenham that may have cost us a play off place last year. Hate these clowns I do.
And the penalty he gave which was overturned by the assistant referee on the other side of the ground to give a corner. I never fully understood that decision

Fair enough i was just going off previous posts. Have to admit though I've only ever reffereed 1 game as a stand in. It was a school's game. It was really hard to do so I do have a bit of sympathy for some refs.

I am torn between paying to watch a magnificent away victory on the back of our great home performance and not watching the terrible "big crowd" performance we used to get when everyone's expectations were sky high after a good game. I will probably pay and watch, hoping that Theo will show us all what a fine player he is. 😀

We have to go at them with the same intensity as we started the Newport game with.

They will be well up for this because whoever wins is essentially safe.

Don't drop off!

Any injuries from Tuesday? Not seen any reports, although Dave W took a couple of whacks late on

Under Clarke I doubt we’ll have any idea until 1400 Saturdays/1800 Tuesdays unless it’s an obvious bad injury, he keeps it all under wraps.
