League 2 Relegation fight

My own opinion, and not wishing to sound condescending at all, is that Vale will stay up.
In our favour is a reasonable goal difference which I'm hoping won't get much worse as I believe the defence is going to be pretty solid for the remainder of the season. Add to that we have good players hopefully returning to the team in the not too distant future.
We are due an upturn in results at some point and 2 back-to-back wins would go a long way to alleviating our precarious position.
Don't get me wrong, we are in a dogfight but I firmly believe we have enough games to alter our position. If we only win 1 out of 3 games from now til May that should be enough, especially if the wins are against teams around and below us.
Not so easy ?, where are our wins/goals coming from ?. Well in my view Darrell is catching on to who he wants to play where and how. He's still finding out about players and how they can adapt to certain formations but I think by next Saturday he will have a handle on the team.
It may be dour, it may be scrappy but hopefully it will be enough, then the real work can begin.
UTV.

Looking like another loss for us tonight. With the exception of Stevenage all our rivals are losing.

Am getting very worried now cannot see where another win is going to come from, our team is top heavy with sick notes and squad members who just make the numbers up.

Just watched the highlights from various games on Tuesday. Grimsby look gone, not only are they adrift at the bottom but they looked crap, no real chances and wide open at the back. I can't see them getting many more points.

However, my worry is that Southend have picked up dramatically and Barrow looked sharp in their game against Harrogate. They lost 1-0 but had plenty of chances and could have got something. Neither of those two have given up yet and could very easily catch us unless we turn it around. Only one of them needs to for us to be in trouble.

When Clarke was relegated with Bristol Rovers they only dropped into the final relegation place on the last day of the season, they'd not been in it until then. Fingers crossed hisory doesn't repeat itself.

Scarily, look at who Bristol Rovers played on the last day of that season and look who we’re playing on the last game of this season. Hope it’s not an omen.
