Why do you prefer other coaches to Sinclair? Surely none of us know what goes on on the training ground for all we know he’s one of the better coaches. He’s got so much stick on here and it seems for pretty much nothing.

Well that’s nothing to do with me or any fan. If that’s the case then why not tell the powers that be? If he was such a bad coach he would have been sacked. More ‘in the know’ rubbish?

I'm not totally against a DOF at all and think it might be a good move longer term but I think the club have took the eye of the ball and are not looking at the here and now. Assuming we will be safe this season is a very dangerous assumption.

The thing that struck me about Carol's explanation of Dave Flitcroft's appointment was the acknowledgment that she didn't have sufficient background to run a football club - except as a fan. So - being a good businesswoman, she's taking steps to get that expertise in. I have to say, also - there's some fairly hysterical reaction to this, and seemingly to not concentrating on this season? Have you guys never heard of multitasking? We're already better off than we were, for having Dave Flitcroft in the club - read Popey's article if you still feel uncertain?

As Jean said maybe chat to some players or people at Hednesford Town and see what their younger players thought of him

Before you say it i will agree it is what he does here that matters but imo(and its only that) a lot of problems have coincided with him coming to the club but as i say its my choice whether i like him or not

I’m with you, there’s something, but the podcast guys reckon players have contacted them saying there’s no issue and Yates confirmed that (I think).

Just for those saying we can afford to be patient and the appointment doesn't need to be greatly experienced now because we have Flitcroft DOF... and because we aren't going to struggle this season. Just look where we are if those below us win their games in hand.

If thats what they have been told then thats fair enough mate,i am just not fond of the guy
