I read the Wrexham thing on Twitter last week it was posted by one of the sports reporters but since then their manager has quit so it's just a rumour. We do have a connection to the Cowleys as the commercial manager worked with them at Lincoln

Wow...that's even more of a plummet than Lge 2!!!

Their specialist subject, taking a National League team to L1. Depends on what challenges attract them. Money may not be everything, although it helps.

Not sure about that.

He’s absolute box-office on the telly, especially when Utd have been spanked, and he is definitely a world apart from most of the dour, uninteresting, nice-nicey, all chums together pundits that are everywhere at the moment.  

However his record is management is patchy to say the least. I suspect he wants, no demands, from players what he had and gave himself, and that conflict inevitably ensues when this isn’t delivered leading to an unhappy dressing room.

I dont think they will be short of money either after Huddersfield

If carol could tempt the cowleys to come and I know it’s a long shot ,what a boost for season ticket sales in the summer

I hope we don't bring in someone like Keane, great TV but he is a bit OTT as a manager I suspect, or indeed someone who thinks of us as a project.

People still tugging themselves off over the Cowley’s! I would rather we had Pugh and Sinclair with them getting the £1 million plus their wages would be.

The only thing I do know that Carol and the board would have thought hard about dismissing JA, in turn there will be a professional appointment process involving all the right people, taking as long as it takes and Carol will make the ultimate decision,

Will it be the right one? Who knows, football is not as straightforward as that, too many influences and factors, even luck plays it's part.

I wanted Alexander personally, he would have been ideal but may not have been in budget anyway.

Danny Pugh will be considered and why not, John Rudge started somewhere......

No thanks. Manager is the most important. We’ve won one game against a truly awful side and now you want to settle for pugh and Sinclair. May as well have kept askey.
