Generally I prefer instrumentals.

 

Words are generally just hollow platitudes.

 

To be able to make music with such beauty, feeling, texture or raw energy that you feel moved is an art. For me lyrics just can't push the same buttons.

 

Would agree with that (in some cases). More recently I've been inclined to listen to Classic FM, you can feel the power & emotion behind the instruments as the sound trickles into your ears. Amazing....and you don't need words.
