 Great chip by Trickett-Smith. I believe this was last their match on the 3rd where they beat ilkeston 3-2 with 2 goals from Trickett-Smith.

Spoke to a friend of mine who is related to him. Apparently the deal to Leek is/will be permanent as Dan is wanting regular first team football. Think this is an expected move really. 

Good luck to the lad I do feel he is at a better level then leek town though

totally, but if he can never be get on the team sheet how can he ever have a chance to proof what he is capable of?

20 mins or so over 2 - 3 games does not seem to me to be a fair chance?

i wouldn't necessarily call the Vale a 'big' pond especially at the moment!

At least he is scoring goals for his 'club' - unlike most of the favoured so called Vale players,

but of course what is the point of trying hard in a match if you know you are virtually guaranteed to be on that team sheet every game.
