Brown

Clark Smith Brisley Montano

Worrall Manny Conlon

Amoo Cullen Mckirdy

I'd go with that.

Legge started the season amazingly but has looked shaky since so a break might do him good. At 35, we probably need to manage him a bit better and not have him playing 50+ games.

Worrall's energy should serve him well in CM and Manny for Joyce seems a fair swap.

We need to give McKirdy a run of game, he's a potential star with his creativity.

Van Veen is a major threat for them so the back 4 really has to be on the ball.

I am also of the mind that Legge needs a rest and in Brisley we have an able stand in,I also agree monty should come in at LB as Crookes again isnt doing it in that position. People are listing Cullen in the line up but Rodney has scored twice in the last 2 games coming on as sub so maybe he has a chance.

Where to start with the team for this game a tough decision but surely the back four will be not the same as that would be insane .

Brown Clark Mills Brisley Montano

        Oyeleke Whitehead

Amoo      Hurst      Worrall

                 Pope

Out go a fair few and in come a fair few .

Players go out who performed very poorly on sat ,there confidence will be shot and we cannot afford to carry passengers.

Is this serious ?

Think cups are separate to league these days. Don’t hold me to it though as they change the rules all the time!

I've just asked a man who knows.  All cards are competition specific so he is only on 3 in the League at the moment.  The two cup ones he got won't be a problem this season because we have cleverly got ourselves dumped out of both!!

As others have already said, Mckirdy and Cullen need to start, we need movement pace and creativity in the final third. Monty in at left back, the big problem is the loss of Luke Joyce, who plays there?

my grandaughter she is only 12 yrs old but she knows you do not tackle a player like that.

Yes it is ,you need freshen it up ,Smith's form has dropped and so has leon Legge 's and he along with Montano are  my favourite players .

Mills is a centre half and Brisley is a very good defender who in my opinion would have seen us get the three points not none if brought on yesterday .

Midfield well you need two in tandem there Whitehead is  not that bad of a player and alongside Oyeleke one can go and one can sit .

Amoo and Worrall can unlock any defence .

Hurst is my surprise package he can do the behind the Pope role he is direct and a very good player and with a name like that can unlock the door for the Vale to score .

Pope or Cullen up front for me yesterday when the pope went off we were just booting the ball aimlessly straight to the opposition and worse still  there no 6 there centre half when Pope went off  had the whole half and a bit of ours run in to unchallenged yet when Popey was on at least he was chasing and harrying.

Mckirdy can come on to keep it fresh still at some point .

Hope that answers your question UTV that sudden pitch of ours would have taken a lot out of the players yesterday so I hope you can understand my view point but even if you do not it's not big deal to me ,footballs game of opinions conceding four goals in 40 mins is criminal at professional level .

Are you busy on Tuesday night ?.............................................

Frustratingly if we held out in injury time we’d have had a chance to go top Tuesday but all is not lost.

A win here and we will set up a huge game at the weekend where we again could potentially go top!

We have a quick chance to put Tranmere behind us and I’m sure if we are 3rd or 4th come 9pm Tuesday we will all be feeling much better and excited for the Newport clash.

Be tricky though as our record down the years against Scunthorpe is poor to say the least but we did beat them in the Cup and will be big favourites.

He could play most of the same side and they could really rip into the Iron furious with yesterday or they could hide and not perform. Will tell us a lot I guess.

Manny in for Joyce. Monty for Crookes and maybe McKirdy for Burgess would be my changes.

At least Scunny won or they’d be turning up with ten defeats in a row and we know for sure how that would of gone!
