With today’s technology, surely there must be a way the EFL could do a deal with Sky so games are pay-per-view. More reliable than the awful iFollow and you could watch it on a TV instead if being huddled around a laptop or phone.

nice to hear the crewe commentary (whats that about?) ifollow about 5mins behind live play, but at least no real buffering. shame we had to watch such a woeful performance. legge/joyce/burgess/conlon awful. never mind we can concentrate on the leaguenow ( if we dont go broke!)🥵

I got an email saying a 10 pound refund would be processed within 14 days but heard nothing since.

I received an email on the 29th October saying they would refund within 14 days. So they still have another couple of days before I still do nothing about it.

I was wondering if it would go off if we went to extra time the other night in the FA cup, with them ending the broadcast after 90 mins. We will never know now 😞

William hill used to do that with their horse racing feed, so if a race was delayed by more than 5 mins you couldn't watch it even though you'd paid (had a bet). Really frustrating as it's such a simple thing

Chased Ifollow, 10 days after my last prompt today and put forward a fairly strong point of view.

They have replied straight back to say my refund will be paid in the next 3-5 days!

Emailed them again yesterday,had an email today saying money will be refunded in 3 to 5 days also.

I emailed Ifollow today regarding an update to my refund. Been emailed back to wait another 21 days now ! 

Honestly I'd prefer a code for a future match. Would be easier at this point
