Don’t agree. We hadn’t had a chance or shot on target last two games. The issue is the change in personnel. Why have Conlon and Joyce been dropped for two players who don’t look up to it? Especially with us needing to make changes at the back.

Again though. We should have won this we’ve missed the two major chances including a penalty. If anything pope is the reason we’ve lost.

That’s fair enough, everyone has their own opinion.

I just think it’s silly after two bad games to change everything when we will train more and play more in the 433 so the players are more familiar with it. It was good for us last season and it’s the way Askey likes to play. I do agree about the personnel changes made though. Don’t rate Whitehead at all personally so far but it’s still early days.

We should be winning, yes, but we don’t deserve to be winning. There’s a difference.

Dosent matter though does it? At 2-0 which it should have been the job was done and the formation regardless of how overrun the midfield was had worked. It worked against better opposition in the week. The issue there is the change of personnel.

I personally wanted something to change against this kind of side. Against Exeter or games in general away from that formation is perfect. Just feel when we play weaker sides we need to be on the front foot much more. As per the last sentence the personnel changes are the real difference imo

Disagree. If that was the case, we would be winning in spite of the formation, not because of it.
Also, Wigan fans said we were playing their youth team on Tuesday so take that result with a pinch of salt.

Askey is becoming the main problem for me.

To send the same 11 out playing in the same way after a dreadful first 45 when it clearly wasn’t working is just beyond explanation.

How do we so often manage to make woeful sides look half decent?

<ovf censored> off, Vale!
