Hoping to solidify our start to the season tomorrow if we keep another clean sheet then I think the 3pts will be coming back to boslem, I’d go with

brown

gibbo brisley legge fitz (Apparently smith is missing tomorrow not sure if he’s got a knock if he is fit then him in for brisley)

Joyce manny conlon

mckirdy Cullen Rodney

think Worrall will start in front of mckirdy but with his below par performances so far wouldn’t mind him being dropped for this game just to give him a kick up the backside and let him know he needs to perform to keep his spot

im going for a scrappy 1:0 win legge scoring the winner

up the vale!!!

With games coming thick and fast this month then I'm sure squad rotation of some sorts will be key. The likes of Pope, Amoo, McKirdy and Gibbons etc need some game time at least to get full match fit so i fully expect them to play some part at least.

Brown , Smith, Legge, Fitzpatrick

Conlon, Joyce, Oyeleke

Worrall, Cullen, Rodney

for me with plenty of options on the bench.

I don't see the logic behind this idea that Worrall hasn't started well, I'd much rather have him on the pitch than sat warming a bench, also I don't think we played to Cullens strengths at all last week and maybe we should be learning something from that but that's no reason to drop him today in my opinion.

A tight game and the weather will plat it's part but I think we have a squad now capable of winning any game in this league, let's hope they prove me right. 2-1 for the Vale with Cullen and McKirdy getting the goals.

The Sentinel says Brown will make his 500th career start but Soccerbase say he's already made 503 starts (and 1 substitute appearance)? Wiki agrees.

Not sure why 500 starts is a milestone rather than 500 appearances full stop. Weird

I've just worked it out. They aren't counting his four games for Eastleigh in the National League.
