I've suggested this on Twitter but I thought I'd mention it on here as well.

I think this is actually a good suggestion from Crewe. While the Vale Park stadium is empty of fans may be nice to see some of the flags and banners that have supported Vale around the country.

p.s. please ignore that rather grumpy middle-aged man in the article above. I think he must have wandered into shot and appears to be walking off with one of the flags... perhaps he's going to "educate" it on football?

Yes and I didn't actually say around the whole ground!

I was thinking more of a small concentrated area for flags. The bottom of the old family stand (which is in shot when games are filmed) would be a nice place.

Would be great if a few more could be added before KO, but I can't help but think that the club have been a bit slow on this one.  Maybe we as fans could, and should, have done a bit more.  That said, we don't appear to have the really large flags we had in the past.  They seemed to disappear years ago.
