vale say people have been giving them a ring to complain about ifollow and giving the staff dogs abuse . If your doing this you need to give your heads a wobble , totally out of vales hands !!

Well if they’re being arsey about fans watching league cup games, maybe when fans are allowed back everyone should boycott the games, see how they like that.

I’ve put this on the match thread too but you can put your code in days before the match. If you put it in as soon as you get it you have time to sort it out with the ticket office if it doesn’t work.

Do we need to set up an account beforehand or do you wait till you tune in for the match( season ticket holder pass)

You can set up your account now if you want then put the code in on Saturday before the game.  See my post above about how to set up the account.

Maybe you could  get Rob to pin your post Jean with its very clear instructions? I also believe that ST holders can download an electronic programme free of charge. Should they wish.

That’s right, Toyah, and there will be a hundred printed programmes available in the shop for the daft collectors!!

I am including links to iFollow instructions in all OVF match preview pieces on the homepage. There will be instructions in the Crawley preview tomorrow.

There is a difference between information and clear information Rob. What Jacko posted was very clear and from experience. It is clear also that ST holders can download free a programme. It is clear that you can watch the full match next day if you wish. But try to find this all in one place without hunting around. Then it  becomes very unclear.

So a nice simple guide would be very useful I think.

Yes, well I wouldn't run a blog for 20-odd years without thinking at some point that it's a good idea if my posts need to be clear!!!

It's kind of a waste of my time and the readers' time if they aren't!

I would hope my preview does contain clear information.

It hasn't gone live yet so with respect you're second guessing what I've put in there!

Sorry, it was not meant to be patronizing. More to do with the fact that a lot of official advice is really over complicated and confusing, whereas I thought Jack did a nice job of putting it in a nutshell. That was all.

Good work.
