Port Vale defender agrees new one-year deal

Port Vale have announced that defender Shaun Brisley has agreed a new one-year deal with the club.Brisley is the second of the club’s out of contract players (after David Amoo agreed a deal on Wednesday) to agree a new deal although others are expected to do so soon.

“He’s a top professional, he had to be very patient and comes in and works hard every day,” assistant manager Dave Kevan told the official website.

That's another one done and dusted.

I wonder if we're going to see a new contract each day for a little while? :whistling:

The squad is already looking decent and better than many other clubs who are starting again from scratch after releasing loads of players.

A good way to generate interest. Who knows when pen was put to paper.
