Nothing wrong with the technology in this instance,  but a need for Specsavers  in the viewing room.

They've admitted they got it wrong haven't they? And said their view was blocked, for the first time ever since they started using it.

How did that Luis win a contract? Or play for Brazil? My god, he's bad.

According to Dutch TV the ref was told at half time he got it wrong. The problem was apparently the ball was dirty???  Total joke.

Even claims that the camera views were deliberately blocked by players. What was wrong with the view we all had?

No point blaming the ref for that. He can’t give it from his position but the liner could and VAR certainly good. It was a complete technological cock up.

In these weird times, if a goalie catches it, then gets barged into his own goal, by his own defender. Ball clearly over the line, it's a goal. No? Apparently not.

I suppose the officials have come to rely on the technology totally and did not even bother to form their own opinion. It is a bit like in cricket where they go to the third umpire to see if a catch has "carried"  despite the fact that the on field umpires almost always have a better view.

Ref might have been unsighted anyway, however, I don’t understand why he didn’t get a message from video operator.

Thing is, these days when the prem is awash with money, that wrongly disallowed goal could cost Sheffield Utd millions.

At one time it used to be £1million for every place in the league, so if those 2 points mean finishing 3or4 places lower that’s 4mill.

those figures were several years ago, it maybe more now.

IMO the 3 points should be awarded to the Blades.

Watching Crystal Palace v Man United, it really isn't an advert for technology. Crystal Palace don't seem to be getting the rub of the green shall we say. VAR is rubbish.
