EGM Start Time

Things aren't the same anymore dunny,but December ,I think ,was the normal month for the AGM.;)

From reciept of the paperwork the Board have to call the EGM within 21 days and the date is 28 days from it being called....so the EGM has to take place within 49 days of the reciept of the paperwork but could be called immediately upon reciept of the paperwork and take place within 28 days.

Like last time the Board will delay as long as possible and pick an inconvenient time and day but could they also not choose to hold the EGM in Birmingham or London?

I suppose they could hold it wherever they like ,that's why it's important the SC has everyones proxy.

Correct me owd. Mid Nov the shareholders get the last year's accounts and mid Dec for the AGM. It's all well overdue and worriesome.:(

They've already changed it twice.:DPlease themselves really,the EGM is the one that counts.It won't be long after that,that one of Her Majesty's Holiday Camps will have the dubious pleasure.........
