Hi, me and my partner gonna be at walsall away, in the pubs with a camera if anyone want talk vale stuff and football, for a documentary... more casual type stuff, as I wanna enjoy a beer too, just drop me a pm if you about in walsall, ive dropped the club a line too, most folks I've mentioned it too seemed intrigued, I've dropped the media guy Dan a line as quoted below

"Hello Dan,
I'm a film graduate, and part of a film making collective, we have made the decision that we are going to push forward with a passion project, which is looking into football culture, I would like to use port vale as the atmosphere around the club is fantastic at the moment,I hope to capture the story of the club, the fans and the community in general, along side the fantastic season the field. I personally found myself detached  from football for many years but have found the vales turnaround on and off the field refreshing. At a time where the premier league and sky sports inflate the market, I believe clubs like Vale have to evolve and look at new sustainable structures to and stay connected to the community and survive,Its clear to see the new owners have done fantastic work behind the scenes, and have put together a great team behind the scenes. It would be fantastic to cover the fascinating story and maybe drive the club further forward, and lead the way for other struggling clubs who need the re evaluate there positions and methodology in the face of challenging times, bury for instance is a prime example why older traditional football league clubs need to adapt. I believe we can bring in a whole new generation of fans, and create something that will be close to the hearts of the Vale faithful, It would great to have a a meeting to discuss further, to potentially collaborate with & join efforts with port vale fc, if there is any interest on the clubs behalf. I have an editing studio, camera equipment and a team at my dispersal, we are going to start interviewing fans this weekend, and gathering cutaway footage. I've been very impressed with fella who does the interviews and compiles the video's on the you tube channel, it would be great if we could share footage to be included in the documentary, interviews, match clips ect, we are going to focus on the fan and community side of things regarding footage, and will look to compose the story in an interesting way using local music, and cinematographic visuals, anyway that's basis of our plan, please don't hesitate in contact, It would be a great to have the support of the club, I feel like their is great potential here, and an opportunity to strengthen ties to the community.
Best Regards"

Looking forward to Saturday big time

and hoping we can be respectful of walsall's patch

We're putting a bit money into there club with this quality following

lets get behind the lads

Best of luck with your project.  It’s safe to say that everyone connected in any way to Vale will feel reinvigorated this season.  In the wider sense, you’re not alone in feeling “detached” from football.  The Prem gravy train has ruined things.  TV dictating the schedule.  The authorities out of touch with reality.  VAR.  So many things wrong.  Despite this, real football still survives in the lower leagues, and clubs like our own, with its caring owners and emphasis on the local community, are a shining example.  We can enjoy/endure the true highs and lows. We go into each season with the hope that we we may actually win the league, or gain promotion, whereas this is a pipe dream for all bar a few of the teams in the top flight.  We can still debate that dodgy refs decision in the pub after the match without some clown in front of a monitor getting it wrong for a second time. I could go on, but anyway hop on board and enjoy the ride, and all being well you’ll finish up with something that will reach a wide audience.👍
