A knob who got on with job of organising the vaccine programme while the knobs at the EU did nothing.

If you are going to give Johnson the credit for the vaccine programme then he must also take responsibility for the almighty cock ups last year and the scandalous misspending of tax payers money to his mates.

Not just last year, how about keeping the Border open to India to bring in the delta variant.

They shut the border with Bangladesh and Pakistan so they knew how dangerous it was.

So you could go your own way and the EU weren't stopping members rolling out vaccinations? So we could have done it even without brexit. Glad you're on board with the actual truth and facts, finally. 🙌

So the 27 members apart from Hungary could have gone their own way but didn't.

Not a very good decision was it,they ended up months behind us due to EU regulations.

So your criticism is of individual nations, not the EU? I don't understand the point you're trying to make.

Yes the first paragraph is what people have been telling you for months but you willfully ignored it.

And time will tell if it was wise to rush in or if waiting was the right decision.

Which way is it? If they make their own decision on when to implement it, how is it the EU?

It isn't,that's the point.Go independent, make your own decisions and don't rely on others to organise and negotiate vaccine procurement.

Lucky for me I had a Vaccine developed by Turkish immigrants in Germany within the EU.

Or stay in the EU, make your own decisions and arrange your own vaccination program. Just like Hungary. Explain again how brexit was the reason for our vaccination effort? The Olympics is all but finished but I reckon you could get a late medal in the mental gymnastics

So if it was so easy to break ranks and arrange your own vaccination programme why was it only Hungary that acted? Probably because the EU forbid any member country making an agreement with any of the 6 EU recognised and approved vaccine companies, Pfizer, AZ, J&J, etc. Hungary bought the Russian Sputnik vaccine that was not approved by the EU then, and still isn't.

Not forgetting of course that even when they approved a vaccine such as AZ, they then changed their minds, then they wanted more, then they restricted its use and then took legal action to try to get more supplies even though millions of doses had to be destroyed as it was passed its use by date.

Farcical, just farcical.

Or do nothing like the other 26 countries, follow the EU snail-like rollout and waste precious months?

If you're in the EU you'll always be waiting in a queue.A long one behind Germany and France.
