Meanwhile,Labour's Shadow Business Secretary Ed Miller Band says he would increase goverment investment from from 400 million to £1.5 billion once he had managed to eat a bacon sandwich? 😃

Oh is this the 350m that was going to the NHS. And we ended up with not enough to buy a plaster!!

Its a mighty big plaster, together with millions of Covid jabs that are the envy of Europe.

I can understand why remainers would be upset after this latest news. They were telling us that car manufacturing would be doomed if we voted to leave.Instead it seems that Nissan is restructuring in the UK.

Morons that's why who seem to think politics is tribal like football rather than actually affecting people's lives in a negative way. Oh at least they won and Nissan and jcb are "creating" jobs just a smaller number than the jobs they uncreated very recently. And the morons lap it up.

The 1000 is on top the 850 new workers they have recruited since the start of the year.

They have tens of thousands of global orders which outdo anything they seen since they formed 75 years ago.

Well done JCB.

If you don't think politics is tribal you don't understand politics.

I’m interested in why VW is so botheread about how it’s effecting everybody’s lives so much especially for someone in the golf trade

I reckon it comes from his labour supporting parents

Its funny how little you care for your country or fellow countrymen when you make out like you are some sort of nationalist. The irony will no doubt be lost on you.

So which is it? Do you love England and Great Britain but not care about the damage that is happening or do you just care your little tick went in the winning box?

A tory supporting brickie from Stoke. Amazing.

Why is a Tory supporting brickie from Stoke amazing? In case you hadn't noticed Stoke voted Conservative at the last election. Brickies, potbank workers, binmen, tradesmen and  professionals etc voted Conservative.

And the trend is continuing in local elections with more voting Conservative.

Insult people as much as you like but it seems you're the one that is in the minority.

If you accept the concept of a brickie voting Tory it shakes the idea of "them and us".

"Them and us" is the basic building block of the tribalism / adversarial combat that is politics as we know it.

I suspect the upper, middle, working class has disappeared and been replaced by something rather broader based on salary/income/wealth.
