Maybe less, if anything at all - he signed for a nominal fee from Orient and his contract is up in June. Doesn't look like he's too popular at Crawley either - he had to apologise after he and another player posted a video online mocking Crawley's facilities and players. After today, Palmer or not, finding a 20 goal a season has to be a priority if we have any ambition at all.

If only we had another experienced striker today

Cullen is experienced. What we lack is a striker who can score 20 goals a season in this division.

Can't disagree with that comment--according to the BBC we had slightly more possession overall (51% v 49%) yet could only muster 2 attempts on goal all afternoon with only one of those on-target!  While Swindon with slightly less possession had no less than 19 attempts with 9 on-target! in 29 games we've  managed just 35 goals so far this season and that's the second lowest total in the 10 top teams in League Two.

Never looked like scoring

Cullen couldn’t hold the ball up and. Bennet - well typical Bennett, all legs, can’t head it and grins a lot

Pope has let us down being banned again for stupid actions

We really need another forward with some pace hopefully

Midfield outfought and out thought by Grant - don’t like him but he’s is good at this level

Once Smith went off it was a real grind- not sure Brisley is good enough at centre back ( at least if Smith is injured we are less likely to sell him this week)

Onwards to next game- really don’t think we will make playoffs though

Given that we are 10th, that's not particularly surprising!

That's a first for me....I turned it off when the 3rd went in fearing the worst and put the cricket on! Strange game....they were good yet having beaten them 2-0 at home recently I wasn't very optimistic. However, first 40 there was nowt in it. Leggey deflects one in, they score a good un when Granty bullies Burgess and there is no way back. Third was a cracker but I couldn't see where we scoring from once we went behind.

The Smiffy sub was bizarre.....i presumed someone else was injured and Smithy was coming straight back on. Conspiracy theories have now been ignited......they are a good side and sit at the top of the league for a reason but we were light weight and a bit timid, I felt, didn't know if to stick or twist.

Oh well onto Tuesday and knowing Vale they'll turn it round and win against all expectations.

Brynn on and he is not crying.  Shame.

JA and Co need to look at Nathan's position and possibly look to get it covered if they don't think Brisley can do it.  Sounds like he threw the baton down to Brisley to show he can still do it at this level.

Oh well rock on tuesday now.
