Season Ticket prices frozen again

Good to see the cheaper 18-21 ticket price.

A key age when fans can be lost as they may be expected to pay for themselves from modest apprenticeship wages etc.

Would have gone a step further and matched prices for those in full time education (who have little/no income) with those of 12-17year olds.  With this group of young adults moving away to University they are likely to be able to get to around 10 games outside of term time, and therefore less of an incentive to obtain a season ticket.

Having said that, good that this has been announced early, offers an instalment plan, and is a positive sign of the more progressive, fan facing club we are now becoming.

This, alongside the £5 off for Orient, is pretty good.

We can't be silly and near-enough give away season tickets ala Bradford; there simply isn't the population of football-interested, non club-associated people in Stoke on Trent to ensure enough would take it up to offset the lost revenue.

I said if we can keep 100-200 of the City game, its a big win.

This is great news. The fact that I can use my debit card for the deposit is also useful as every year I would turn up to set this in motion with no cash in my pocket. Carol and her team are clearly listening to their fan base. Throw the loyalty idea into the pot Carol and Kev are making tremendous strides to bring this great club back into the heart of this community. We all must embrace this sea of change. Carol has a terrific team behind her a special shout out to Ally Simcock who time and time again has actively helped me and my family out on the Vale front due to the logistics issues    with me now living outside the area. For the first time in many years I am so proud of Port Vale football club.

It's the age you are on the first day of the season. If you aren't 62 until say September you will have to wait till next season

They gave me a concession (which I didn't ask for) and I didn't turn 62 until late season.

Academic now as I'm approaching 62 from the opposite direction.

We'll fall short this year as we're not ready but I'm confident next season will be a decent crack at promotion. All the summer improvements to the squad and Vale Park to come including the RW gig. I'd love C&Ks outrageous rip off purchase of £5m for the Vale to be rewarded by a strong ST take up.

Target 5000 again, why not?
