Should have opened the ballot for those who purchase/have tickets for any game between now and the end of the year. 

They are just inviting fans who want a ticket to contact them and to keep it short.  You're lucky you've got considerate owners.

8000 at the etihad well probably 8350 know with extras in your end I don’t advise it but as long as you politely clap Man City’s attacks which there will be aplenty ,unless you are shouting Vale Vale Vale then don’t be surprised if you ain’t welcome as that’s there end and respect is utmost .

More money for Vale as more bums on seats means more revenue .

The atmosphere I’m going for I hope there isn’t any non supporting Vale folk there in the away end as we all Vale so I expect see everyone giving it everything with there best voices

Looking forward to it.  City were back to our best yesterday.  Played some fantastic football.

It's good for City fans to see a stand packed with away fans. Premier League football get a bit santised.  You will be noisy.  We will be like mice.  It's not always that way though.

I read somewhere that the front 2 rows are empty in tier 2.I wonder if those seats are now being made available?

I have worked out that the last time I saw Manchester city in Manchester was almost 23 years ago to today on boxing day. that was a great day!!

Anyone got any links for a bet on this game.I had a look but can only find Paddy power with Man City 1/25 -  Draw 12/1 Vale - 25/1.Im tempted to just put a bet on a Vale win just for the hell of it (unlikely as it is)Its the FA cup and strange things can happen.It just takes a doddgy decision by the ref in Vales favour (very unlikely).Or a wicked deflection for Vale.

 We will need a miracle but miracles happen lol .

Atmosphere should be amazing and we all hopefully (fans going be giving it everything I should imagine ).

We played well yesterday I believe but are not winning much at present but the fans are happy with the off field progress we are making as we have owners who are Vale through and through who payed way over the odds for the club and ground but did so there’s a lot of love going that way 

 

 

 

Our game against Leciester was the best we've played in ages.

We're quite likely to play a changed side against you because this game falls just before the 1st leg of the League Cup semi-final against Man Utd. That might be good or bad for you.  Good because it will weaken City, bad because you might not see the best players.

I hope you enjoy the atmosphere at the Etihad but it will be down to you to create it.

I don't think the design of the South stand is conducive to a good atmosphere because the fans are split between tiers.  The noise carries well enough to other parts of the ground but when you are in tier 2 it's difficult to hear tier 3 and vice versa.  Back of tier 3 is also quite far from the action.
