It can't be an outside appointment without them being elected on to the board first, so you're looking at a two week turnaround on that one at least.

 

Any new director would also have to 'purchase' £50k of shares or find a suitable sponsor (not easy, there aren't too many out there with enough shares).

 

I imagine that there would also be a legal challenge regarding the use of any nil paid shares to elect a director.

I really think there is more plans to thwart the objectives of the proposed egm. There will be more mechanisms in place to protect themselves. Legal action i think will be the only way as im not confident on the voting through shares. Just my fear of the worse case scenario
