He won elections. The current Labour shower never will again.

Yes on lies, he’s a disgrace. Interfering and has blood on his hands. IMO the ppl will get fed up of governments and demand change. It’s up to the opposition to try and put someone in place to challenge by representing the constituents. This is a bloody nose for Labour, who in their right mind would have voted for Corbyn, Mcdonell or Abbott

Labour need to comeback and represent those people who go to work earning £8.71 to £15 an hour, and hitting companies fir corporation tax, Costa,Starbucks,Google,Amazon and Facebook to name a few. With a realistic manifesto that stays within the realms of reality.
I’d suggest that their new leader isn’t any of the following, Starmer,Long Bailey or Rayner. Perhaps Hilary Benn, even though he’s declined to be the party leader. Comes over as very sensible, genuine and articulate person.

My neighbour is a member of the Labour Party but refuses to vote for them because of Corbyn. He’ll be a happy person if the forecasts are accurate.

A party is much more then its leader. I don't really like Corbyn but I certainly wouldn't celebrate a massive conservative win, especially when you know how it will impact on people like the homeless and those that are poor, and the environmant. With all respect, I think your neighbour is a bit of a clown mate.

He’s just my neighbour, quite a nice bloke actually, he’s certainly not Tory. Whilst I agree with you it’s the party, but when you don’t agree with the policies been pedalled by the leader then I suppose it’s up to him. He pays his subscriptions and I’ve no doubt he’ll now be thinking, it’s time to rebuild and to appoint someone whose voter friendly.

That's a freaking disaster, although it's been a personal advantage to me because of the £ )

Labour are being absolutely slaughtered and lose a leader (not surprisingly) but will also have to consider it's direction.

Lib dems have lost a leader and a number of ship jumping high profile MPs and have gained begger all really.

SNP are looking good but with nowhere to go without the Tories.

Tories look like having a huge majority which is as scary as it comes, expect a big reshuffle, and Boris will have a mandate to do what it wants when it wants how it wants..... that's disastrous.

Of course everyone who lost, except Labour, seem to have won in some unimportant way.

I hope Labour change quickly and drastically, party switching MPs have to seek re-election when they switch, the SNP think carefully about the costs and consiquences of spliting the union..... but most importantly I hope the Tories don't go ape crap crazy.
