Careful buying food. Salford were selling the Stevenage fans pies that were 1-2 weeks out of date - when called out on it, they used tippex on the use by dates on the packaging. The photos are all over Twitter. Also on Twitter from that game is a photo of a two inch thick threaded bolt that had fallen out of a stand roof support beam.

Tinpot dump for a pathetic, plastic pretend club. Their bought, not earned existence in the football league is offensive.

Good prices eh?  Clearly they haven't jumped on the bandwagon of promotion to up their admission prices.  Surely we can sell our allocation and show them what genuine League Football Clubs are about/

Just phoned the ticket office regarding salford tickets, myself and the wife have a flexi tickets but our son who is under 12 hasnt because its free entry , was told that he cant have a ticket so anyone with kids under 12 can not take them got to wait till tuesday

Queues from the club shop to the Hamil Road this morning and no one answering the phones yet. Doesn't help when the tickets are being sold via the window in the Club Shop rather than the ticket office. Not the smartest move.

You are kidding surely. We sold Fleetwood out for a night game. 

This would of sold out 2000 easily if we had the allocation. Surprised at your comment.

Apparently queue started 0730am. I got there 0915am and took 1 hour 25 minutes to get to window. When I left queue still back to gates by Hamil Road and it was suggested those at the back of that queue would not get a ticket. As a seasoned Valiant I expect people to moan but why didn't they have the side office open to sell tickets too? I criticised Salford on another thread for their apparent amateur attitudes but I have to say Carol and Kevin need to address the ticket office issues. This is a new era and the feel good factor is abundant. Fans are genuinely behind the new owners and looking forward to a good solid season of hope on the pitch. If we want to nurture new fans and keep the loyal ones happy we have to be more professional in the way tickets are sold.

Dropped me lad off about 8 this morning was a small que (thanks to the chap whom gave him a lift home )..said when he came out of ticket office the que was to the road...if u think of the numbers we take bury add this as a new ground and the cheap cost it was always going to be a quick sell especially as we had a restricted amount with quite a few getting tickets for others that couldnt make it...be good if we could ger an extra allocation or best just switch the fixture to bury or stockport(: who can handle it

This incompetence is good in a way. Carol and Kevin will get the opportunity to identify and pursue the incompetent freeloaders on the club staff who’ve been doing the bare minimum for years. The Ticket office is a nest for some of them.
