Roumer has it the secret squirrels are behind it, they want to designate the ground as AREA 51 .UK. 

I think the mole preservation society are involved, they believe there is a big nest in the old marlhole and want to impose a no squirrel zone.

So of course they can be defaulted, it is just that Carol claims they won’t be because the money is set aside.  

However if financial circumstances change, like anything else, until something is paid for, it isn’t owned by that person. 

Like my car, I own it, but if the payments are not completed by July 2021 then it gets repossessed.

Depends where that money is set aside and how it can be used, they have been running a steady business for a long time so why worry about it, just take their word for it. Difficult maybe with our recent ownership experiences but less was known about them.
